About the Role:
Dolls Kill is hiring a dedicated on-site team to bring our product to life on platforms like TikTok, Whatnot, and Instagram.
We’re looking for individuals with retail, styling, production, or content experience to fill three essential roles: Streaming Sales Host, Production Support, and Merchandise Coordinator. Whether you're comfortable on camera, skilled behind the scenes, or have a strong eye for product and styling, there's a place for you on this team.
Open Roles:
🎥 Streaming Sales Host
As the on-camera talent, you’ll lead live product drops and engage with our audience in real time. You’ll present, style, and speak to each item's features while driving excitement and sales.
Ideal for: Retail sellers, performers, stylists, or content creators who are comfortable being on camera.
We’re Looking For:
Experience in retail, fashion, content creation, or live events
A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Interest in fashion, product styling, and digital media
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic studio environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience on platforms like Whatnot, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or similar
Background in customer-facing retail or sales
Familiarity with livestream equipment or AV setup (for production roles)
A strong personal sense of style and brand alignment
Role Details:
Location: On-site at Dolls Kill Studio – Jack London Square, Oakland, CA
Type: Full-time and part-time roles available
Schedule: Includes weekdays, evenings, and weekends based on the show schedule
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + tips and commission.
