About the Role

As the Producer, you will be a key member of our cross-functional team, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of our shoots and other projects in a high-volume deadline driven environment. Collaborating closely with the creative team, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your exceptional organizational skills, strategic mindset, and critical thinking skills will be instrumental in bringing our brand's vision to life. This role reports directly to the Creative Director.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
     Lead the planning and execution of all productions, including ecommerce, editorial, social, and events, from concept to completion.
     Manage all production logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, location scouting, casting, and vendor negotiations.
     Collaborate with creative teams to develop briefs, timelines, and schedules that align with brand objectives.
     Oversee on-set operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, timely execution, and adherence to creative direction.
     Function as the main point of contact for external partners, including freelancers, models, agents, and venders.
     Manage production calendar, identifying potential risks or challenges, and implement effective solutions to mitigate issues and ensure projects remain on schedule.
     Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

      Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
      Minimum 2 years of experience in production, with a proven record of successfully managing high-profile campaigns.
      Strong project management skills (experience w/ Asana is a plus), with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a challenging environment.
      Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
      Meticulous mindset, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for storytelling through fashion.
