Tes missions:

  • Être le bras droit du responsable d’entrepôt et soutenir au quotidien le travail du chef d’équipe mécanicien 
  • Être le garant de la performance de l’entrepôt et de la sécurité de nos équipes
  • Accompagner la mise en place d’outils de gestion de stock
  • Travailler sur l’optimisation du stock (cycle counts, commandes, inbound/outbound..)
  • Mettre en place des Audits 5S et sécurité dans l’entrepôt
  • Travailler avec les fonctions support européennes à l’amélioration des processus de l’entrepôt
  • Veiller au maintien et à l’amélioration de la productivité et la performance des équipes
  • Faire preuve d’exemplarité, de leadership, de responsabilité et d’une forte capacité d’adaptation
  • Accompagner le développement de la Dott Academy (formation en ligne) sur l’ensemble des équipes
  • Participer activement au recrutement de collaborateurs et soutenir les chefs d’équipe au staffing
  • Former le chef d’équipe aux outils et les aider à créer une méthodologie claire afin qu'ils puissent gérer leur équipe en limitant le turnover et atteindre les objectifs au quotidien ;
  • Mettre la main à la pâte (participer aux processus de réparations/diagnostic et gestion des flux dans l’entrepôt)
  • Suivre quotidiennement l’état de la flotte et les principaux KPIs (nombre de véhicules en ville, backlog, véhicules immobilisés …) 

    • Informations:

  • Stage de Master 1 / Master 2 de préférence avec une spécialité supply chain 
  • Stage de 6 mois (démarrage ASAP - au plus tard janvier)
  • Francais courant primordial pour communiquer avec les équipes terrain
  • Un très bon niveau d’anglais est requis pour pouvoir communiquer avec les autres équipes européennes
  • Très bonne aisance relationnel
  • Un mélange d'appétence pour la supply chain, la gestion d’entrepôt, la micro-mobilité et le management
  • Autonomie, prise d’initiative et rigueur
