Crunchyroll COVID-19 Hiring Status

Location: Los Angeles

As the Coordinator, Growth Marketing (SEO/CRO), you will be a part of the User Acquisition team and be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Site Marketing to improve business growth through SEO and CRO.

In this role, you’ll also partner with Crunchyroll’s product and marketing teams to ensure our discoverability and user experience is highly relevant and effective in every market that we operate in.

This requires a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to identify conversion funnel opportunities, and the ability to turn those opportunities into a developed strategy and implement a test plan. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers, business priorities, and opportunities for growth on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with technical auditing and QA
  • Identify, develop and complete strategies and A/B testing plans to improve conversion funnel performance
  • Use and monitor SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Analyze, monitor, and forecast website/app performance KPIs
  • Work closely with the Site Marketing Manager and Senior Manager across all major initiatives to drive natural search visits and conversion optimization
  • Collaborate with external agency partners and internal collaborators across the business (product, engineering, paid media/user acquisition, audience development) on test opportunities and priority initiatives to drive incremental growth across paid and organic channels
  • Conduct market research on search trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in SEO, CRO, Growth teams.
  • Performance marketing experience in other digital channels preferred; global or multi-market experience is a plus
  • Experience with common site analytics and CMS tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Similarweb, SEMRush, and WordPress
  • Successful track record of increasing keyword rankings and organic traffic
  • Experience demonstrating A/B testing platforms and/or third-party tools
  • Ability to use data to identify trends and understand and improve business results
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver on business priorities
