About the role

• Support our Crunchyroll members in using our Concur systems for their travel and expense needs.
• Support our Crunchyroll team members with corporate card questions/resources.
• Generate reports and provide analysis of travel and expense trends.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Finance accountants, and others to support smart expenses and reconciliations.
• Support sourcing and integration of preferred travel suppliers.
• Support compliance with our Travel & Expense Policy across Crunchyroll.
• Process Card applications/New user onboarding
• Process Card cancellations/offboarding
• Expense Report Audit to ensure expenses meet/comply with Crunchyroll's procedures. 400+ expense reports per month in a high volume, results, and quality-centric environment.
• Prepare JE's and assist with month-end reconciliations.

In the role of Travel & Expense Specialist, you will report to the Travel and Purchasing Administrator.

About You

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Finance with a preference to experience in T&E and Company Card programs administration.
• Background in daily activities and reporting in SAP Concur.
• Understanding of expense processes and applicable reporting.
• Acknowledged for business analytics.
• Enthusiasm to improve projects big and small.
• Comfort operating in a constantly evolving environment and with travelers relying on your results.
• Pride in your work and curiosity about improving the T & E program.
• Love of collaborating: You relish working with others and being a member of global team programs.
• Fluent English
• Experience in SAP Concur
• Experience with AMEX@Work Card Management System
• Experience working with a Travel Management Company
