About the role
Crunchyroll is looking for a detail-driven Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to join our Global Business Services team. In this role, you will take ownership of critical AP functions—from invoice processing to payments and reconciliations—leveraging data to uncover insights, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency.
You’ll analyze AP performance metrics, support month-end close activities, and lead process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

As the Sr AP Analyst, you will report directly to the Director, Accounts Payable.
We are considering US-based applicants who can work in a hybrid schedule from our Dallas office.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze AP metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency
- Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of the A/P sub-ledger
- Prepare and deliver monthly reporting decks with insights and performance metrics for the AP team
- Provide actionable recommendations to streamline AP processes and enhance cost efficiency
- Support the month-end close process, including AP-related reporting and accruals
- Partner with cross-functional teams on process improvement projects and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by leadership
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Financial Analysis
- Deep understanding of GAAP and end-to-end AP workflows
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate numbers into strategic insights
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems—preferably NetSuite and Coupa
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced functions)
