About the role

Crunchyroll’s Corporate Strategy team is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy.

  • Provide financial / analytical modeling and strategic support for evaluating potential M&A candidates, joint venture partners, and business development growth initiatives
  • Perform due diligence, prepare presentations for senior management, and coordinate with senior executives to execute transactions and commercial agreements
  • Prepare structured analysis with effective data visualization, strategic recommendations, and concise communication to support thoughtful decisions and stakeholder updates
  • Promote complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives that impact the business and organization
  • Monitor and support projects through their lifecycles
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses at the request of senior executives

This role adopts a hybrid work schedule and we are considering candidates in out Culver City location.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development / corporate strategy
  • Experience in strategic analysis, financial forecasting, negotiations, and project management
  • Experience in M&A deal analysis and execution. Ideally supported at least1 live M&A transaction from start to finish
  • Experience in financial modeling with an ability to create operational and financial models, based on either historical financial statements or sensible assumptions
  • B.S. / B.A. required

About the Team

This function works closely with senior leadership and across Crunchyroll’s global businesses, spanning SVOD / AVOD services, eCommerce, video games, theatrical releases, consumer packaged goods, publishing, and more. We routinely evaluate and execute high-profile opportunities across acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Beyond inorganic projects, we also partner with colleagues in our operating business units to develop and implement organic growth initiatives in new products, services, and regions.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
