About the role

We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager with experience leading cross-functional teams, organizing information, and solving problems. You will report into the Program Management Organization and collaborate with multiple teams across the business to drive Service Monetization initiatives, specifically in acquisition, payments, and subscriptions. You have a strong software program management background, with experience leading delivery teams focused on acquisition-driven user interfaces, experimentation, first- and third-party payment services, and launching subscription services internationally.

• Shape and refine the program management playbook, continuously evolving our practices for greater efficiency and stronger team alignment.
• Drive execution for critical programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and technical complexity.
• Own and guide release planning and delivery across engineering teams—ensuring milestones are hit and roadblocks are addressed early.
• Actively manage program risk, communicate blockers, and collaborate with leadership to keep initiatives on track.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Design to align on priorities and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Keep stakeholders in the loop by sharing clear, concise status updates and progress reports.
• Fulfill the Scrum Master role for multiple teams, fostering a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement.

We are considering applicants for our Los Angeles office for this hybrid role, which requires three days in the office.

About You

• You bring 10+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in software delivery involving acquisition user interfaces, subscription models, and payments platforms (including both first- and third-party services).
• You’ve successfully led complex, multi-team technical programs, from strategy through execution.
• Your background includes a solid understanding of code design and testing principles, and you’re well-versed in Agile methodologies.
• You take a proactive role in driving innovation in the acquisition and monetization space—always looking for smarter, faster, and more user-centric ways to deliver value.
• You’ve worked with external vendors across the subscriptions and payments ecosystem and know how to navigate complex partner relationships.
• You’re a master at balancing timelines, budgets, and team capacity—ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery without compromising on collaboration or innovation.
• Tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and Google Workspace aren’t just part of your toolkit—they’re extensions of your thought process.
