About the role
The Crunchyroll Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations and supports a team focused on productivity, accuracy, and efficiency. You will ensure inbound, outbound, and inventory activities run smoothly while adapting to shifting workloads. You will help uphold our customer experience standards by making sure correct orders are shipped on time and in great condition. Operating within a framework of best practices, you will look for opportunities to improve processes and ensure performance stays within operational goals and budget.
While you will work Monday–Friday with a start time between 6am–8am, it will support variable shifts during major sales periods and holiday events to help extend warehouse operations without adding an additional shift, which requires schedule flexibility.
- Lead and support warehouse team members in daily warehouse responsibilities.
- Monitor team performance and help meet daily goals and quality standards.
- Support operational planning for receiving, fulfillment, inventory, and shipping functions.
- Partner with leadership to maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and warehouse standards.
- Help document and report operational metrics and activities.
- Collaborate with the broader eCommerce team to support organizational needs.
- Support continuous improvement projects and seasonal adjustments to warehouse operations.
- Flex scheduling during peak events, including weekends or alternate shifts when needed.
In the role of Warehouse Supervisor, you will report to the Director of Warehouse and Logistics.

About You
We get excited about candidates, like you, because...
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Experience with eCommerce or direct-to-consumer fulfillment
- Experience with warehouse processes, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
- Experience managing hourly warehouse teams and assigning labor based on priorities or volume
- Experience training teams on warehouse best practices
- Experience interpreting and acting on operational data and performance metrics
- Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, RF-SMART)
- Experience supporting safety programs and maintaining compliance with OSHA or other regulatory standards
- Comfortable working flexible shifts during peak periods or high-volume events
