We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workplace Experience Manager to enhance our employees' overall experience within our organization. As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging work environment that fosters collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being. 

In the role of Workplace Experience Manager, you will report to the VP, Workplace & Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment for employees. Continue to develop and implement strategies to enhance the workplace environment, focusing on employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, including planning and organizing events, workshops, and employee recognition programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to promptly address facility-related issues, fostering proactive communication and building collaborative relationships.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture inventory.
• Lead efforts to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
• Implement and oversee a lunch food catering program, guaranteeing a varied menu aligned with employees' dietary requirements; collaborate with catering vendors to negotiate contracts, uphold service standards, and promptly address any arising issues.
• Plan and organize team-building activities, social events, and wellness programs to enhance employee morale and cohesion. This includes any major company holiday parties.
• Establish and maintain health and safety protocols, continually monitor the workplace to ensure the safety of all employees, and proactively implement improvements based on evolving safety standards and employee feedback.
• Manage the workplace experience budget efficiently, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Google Suite programs
• 4+ years experience in workplace experience, facilities management, employee engagement, or related roles. 
• Strong understanding of workplace design principles, employee well-being, and cultural dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically to enhance the overall workplace experience.
• Project management skills to oversee the execution of initiatives, collaborate with various teams, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using workplace technology and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• A passion for creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace that reflects the company's values and mission.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term position and requires you to be in office Monday through Friday.
