This is an opportunity to leverage your deep expertise in sales compensation to build and scale a world-class program. What You'll Do:

  • Lead all aspects of sales compensation: Own the end-to-end commission and bonus process, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payouts for our global sales teams.
  • Be a trusted partner: Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving compensation inquiries and disputes with precision and clear communication.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, and People Operations to operationalize compensation plans, deliver accurate payouts, and manage financial accruals.
  • Streamline and automate processes: Identify opportunities to simplify and automate workflows, leading configuration updates for our incentive compensation platform and introducing scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights: Generate cadence attainment reporting for sales leadership, conduct variance analysis, and support analyses that measure compensation plan effectiveness against business goals.
  • Support key initiatives: Assist with annual planning, plan design, and rollout processes, as well as the development of documentation, training materials, and policies.

You Should Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on sales compensation administration experience in a global or large-scale organization.
  • 5+ years of analytical experience with a strong preference for experience with financial accruals and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets, including the ability to build complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial or compensation models.
  • Experience with enterprise-level incentive compensation platforms such as Spiff or Xactly.
  • A strong service orientation and a proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for finding process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Experience using Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
