Job Title:  ARNP/PA

Department:  Cardiology APRN 

Reports to:  Supervising Physician & Director/Associate Director of Physician Offices

Job Summary: Looking for experienced FULL TIME Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/PA with specialized focus in electrophysiology.  Must have great clinical decision making skills, ability to work independently and as a team both in hospital and office settings. Office shift hours: M-F 8-5pm.

  • Evaluate patients and treat health conditions
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner
  • Enter charges
  • Assist supervising provider with completion of tasks
  • Assist in call rotation
  • Ensure tasks, labs, and diagnostics have been reviewed and addressed as needed
  • Attend all required meetings/conferences

  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Tolerance to stressful situations

Occupational Exposure:

  • High risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards

Job Qualifications:

  • Licensed and Board Certified ARNP or Physician Assistant with the State of Florida
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to plan ahead, organize, and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be willing to travel between the Tampa and Wesley Chapel locations
  • Two years of experience required
