This Full Time position is for a Clinical Team Leader within the Psychiatry department. Travel is required between the Wesley Chapel, Brandon, and Carrollwood offices. This role is responsible for managing the day to day operation and maintenance of the department. Candidates with experience in a medical office required and 1 year of experience in a Psychiatry office.

Keys to Success in this Role:

  • Assist traffic on phones
  • Prepare e-charts prior to visit
  • Verify eligibility of insurance
  • Process charges
  • Complete patient check in processes
  • Assist provider with treatment 
  • Assist patients and provider at the end of the patient's visit
  • Assist the Manager in facilitating office communication, managing department workflow, and managing facility
  • Perform incidental duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
  • Ability to plan ahead, organize, and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be willing to travel to various locations 
  • Previous medical office experience highly preferred

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Normal physical ability; able to sit for long periods
  • Normal concentration and normal complexity of decision making
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Above average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Occupational Exposure:

  • Low risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards
