Keys to Success in this Role:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience of Optical Sales
  • Greet patients professionally
  • Answer phones promptly and take messages as needed
  • Accurately post charges
  • Keep up with daily filing
  • Assist supervisor in bill processing
  • Perform incidental duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong team player
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Excellent telephone etiquette

Physical and Mental Demands:

 

  • Normal physical ability; must be able to get up and down frequently to assist patients
  • Normal concentration and normal complexity of decision making
  • Normal level verbal and written communication skills
  • Average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
