Role Requirements: 

  • Otolaryngology – MD or DO – Outpatient and Inpatient 
    • Thyroid & Parathyroid surgery experience 
    • Strong general otolaryngology surgery experience 
    • Head & neck surgery experience 
    • Cochlear & Inspire experience 
  • Board Certification required 
  • Must possess/ability to obtain a Florida Medical License 
  • ER call coverage is 1 in every 7 weeks

    • Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm 
    • Ages treated – Pediatric through geriatric

Work Experience: 

  • Work-life balanced schedule. 
  • Patient panel.  Ability to see patients of all ages, pediatric through geriatric. 
  • Patient census.  Expect to see 20-25 patients per day utilizing the efficiency of EPIC, an electronic health record system. 
  • Clinic support team.  Includes one dedicated medical assistant (MA) per provider, front office staff, supervisor and a director.  
  • Collegiality.  Work in a team-oriented environment with like-minded physicians in an office housing primary care providers and specialists throughout our network. 
  • Inpatient Support.  Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health works with a team of Hospital Medicine physicians to support inpatient needs.
