As a Four Square Business Partner you’ll be responsible for a group of stores across the North Island. Our Four Squares are the heart of the community and your role is key to ensuring that mantra is executed in every location every day.

 

You’ll work closely with each owner operator (OO), coaching where appropriate, supporting their business plan and sales growth, and helping to launch support centre initiatives. You’ll be a beacon for the OO on a day to day level as well as helping to drive long term strategic goals.

 

Whilst you will be based in Auckland, there is an element of travel for this role as you’ll need to be out and about visiting your stores across the North Island, building great relationships.

 

We’re looking for someone who loves the art and science of business, more specifically retail, is able to coach, influence and challenge our systems, process and people where appropriate, always with the customer top of mind. You'll be comfortable with P&L's, operations and will have excellent communication skills, allowing you to be an expert at stakeholder management.

 

You could be working in store, for a FMCG supplier, or already in a retail regional role providing commercial insights and advising on best practice. Alternatively you might be a business owner who has sold up and has a whole lot of knowledge and experiences to share.
