From supporting execution or gathering insights that lead to better decisions, to helping get our new stores open, the Fresh Associate is critical to unlocking sustained growth.
 
About the Role
Reporting to the 4 Square Fresh Transformation Manager, you’ll be working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that fresh execution in our stores is best in class, growing in sales and all initiatives are retail ready for launch to store. 
 
You’ll also be responsible for:
·       Working with the Fresh Transformation Manager to co-ordinate, document and communicate ongoing projects with stakeholder groups
·       Supporting the team with insights and analytics to drive improved business performance, customer satisfaction and develop comprehensive reports to assist the team with delivering information and identifying opportunities in store
·       Developing resources and materials in collaboration with SMEs to help facilitate training
·       Working closely with the store opening lead and Business Partner to set the fresh range for new stores (including ranging decisions, mud maps etc)
 
About you
You’ll be a detail orientated keen retailer ideally from a produce, bakery or butchery retail background with hands on fresh foods store experience!  Having excellent communication skills go without saying as is the ability to collaborate with others, clearly articulate ideas/concepts, and write and present effectively. 
 
You’ll also:
·       Be organised, able to juggle multiple projects and BAU tasks and deliver high volumes of quality work
·       Be a whizz with Microsoft tools - particularly Teams, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
·       Have the aptitude to learn and work in our reporting tools and systems
·       Have a working knowledge of SAP and have the ability to analyse data
