As Optimisation Manager - Produce and Meat you’ll look at the value chain across Fresh, through the lens of best practice and how we can improve Produce and Meat replenishment and operations in Merchandise.

 

Working with Supply Chain, you’ll lead the team of five including an analyst and produce quality controllers to proactively identify solutions that enable positive business outcomes. As the business owner of all produce and meat systems, including master data, implementing new technology and optimising processes, you’ll liaise with suppliers and participate in all projects ensuring data is accurate, while supporting people and data metrics to enable informed decision making.

 

Commercially astute, data savvy and highly process driven, you’ll have led a continuous improvement process across a complex part of the business. A passion for fresh product and a desire to continuously improve and problem solve, you’ll have a natural inclination to work with new technology with the ability to adapt to a fluid environment, optimising processes. A genuine leader, you’ll be engaging and able to empower your team to deliver to the highest standards, while collaborating across the business.
