About the role 
 
We are currently looking for a Customer Service superstars to join our team, based at our Customer Service Centre in Palmerston North.   
 
This is a part time position, with the hours being:
24 hours a week
Tuesday - 1.30pm to 10pm
Wednesday - 1.30pm to 10pm
Saturday - 1.30pm to 10pm
 
This role focus on building and retaining relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional and professional level of customer service is provided in a timely manner.  
 
Key tasks and duties include: 
 
·        Answering internal/external customer queries and phone calls,  
·        Ensuring that all calls, queries, complaints and inquiries are investigated and logged in the Customer Relationship Management system,  
·        Generating referrals to the appropriate store or business unit where appropriate, 
·        Making outbound calls to both internal and external customers, 
·        Being available to cover shifts and work public holidays/weekends when requested.

The successful applicants will display excellent communication skills, high presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic. 
 
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following: 
·            Fantastic phone manner, and excellent interactive and written communication skills, 
·            Experience in customer service and a proven team player! 
·            A quick learner, with the ability to work unsupervised, 
·            Salesforce and SAP experience preferable.
