Key to our long-term success, this team are responsible for identifying developments that align with our hefty goals. As a senior leader, you’ll strategically manage and grow a substantial portfolio through identifying, evaluating and developing properties and sites that align with our long-term vision and strategy.

 

As a senior in the team amongst other things you’ll:

·       Identify locations suitable for particular brand function

·       Prepare feasibility studies

·       Conduct the negotiation process for all property acquisitions

·       Carry out the due diligence process

 

An entrepreneurial and strategic thinker, you’ll have the commercial experience to be able to drive and expand sizable developments.  With a strong statutory and legislative understanding of the Resource Management Act, you’ll also be familiar with project management tools and have good negotiation skills. A sound problem solver with analytical ability, you’ll be able to juggle multiple balls keeping one eye on today and the other on tomorrow.

 

You’ll also need:

·       Ability to bring a wide range of internal/external stakeholders and consultants together effectively

·       Experience in either/or financial evaluation of proposals and due diligence

·       Development experience across either residential or commercial sectors
