Four Square ownership takes dedication, a whole bunch of passion and grit; and it's incredibly rewarding!
We are now accepting applications from aspiring 4 Square Owners to join our Ownership Immersion Programme who have the following:
- Leadership experience
- Experience from a regulatory environment
- Experience with business financials (budget/P&L management)
The application process will include the following checks and assessments:
- Numerical and leadership assessments
- Background checks; including Ministry of Justice, business and personal credit checks, reference checks (internal applicants)
2025 Selection and Programme Timeframes:
- Applications Open: Tuesday 23 September
- Applications Close: Sunday 5 October
- Programme Selection Interviews: 11, 12, 19 & 20 November 2025
- 12-week Immersion Programme Begins: March/April 2026 (to be confirmed)
