About the role
With a team of 25,000 and over 1000 on our support centre payroll, as Analyst - Payroll, our systems, reporting, and compliance is essential to ensuring everything runs smoothly. As an analyst in our payroll team you’ll:
·       Identify risks and issues for the support centre
·       Design and develop reports to meet the needs of the business, including monthly reporting
·       Provide continuous improvement across all related systems
 
About you
Technically competent with advanced Excel, you’ll be highly analytical and will understand where numbers come from and what they mean. This will allow you to produce bespoke reports for different business functions. A team player, you’ll be a strong communicator who is able to ask the right questions to deliver awesome business outcomes.

This role could suit any analyst looking for a challenging role that combines systems, numbers and reporting. We will develop the right person!
