We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and passionate Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to make their mark and lead our safety program at our Fresh Distribution Centre in Māngere.
What you'll do
You will be instrumental in providing support and expert advice across the DC in various activities with responsibility for the integrity of our safety systems and internal reporting. In this role you will of our data base (SHED) and drive new initiatives and innovations that improve and serve our business to keep people safe.
What you'll need
You will have had exposure to the application of safety policies & procedures, with understanding of NZ ACC legislation. You will be able to drive a safety first culture and be able to bring our team members on this journey. A passion for making our workplace safer is a must and systems experience would be great.
