The Senior Property Asset Manager is a diverse role which sits on the Property Leadership team, heading a large team of 16 with nine direct reports across Property Asset Management and Facilities Management. 
 
As a senior member of the team, you’ll be responsible for a substantial portfolio, ensuring your teams are effectively and proactively managing and maintaining the Foodstuffs North Island property portfolio and oversee a wide range of property management work.
 
Some things you’ll get involved with include:
·       Lease preparation, lease renewal, rent reviews, tenant liaison, property inspections, building insurance and reporting and implementing maintenance programs.
·       Ensuring that compliance activities are completed on time including required remedial work
·       Overseeing the facilities management team for the support offices to ensure smooth and effective operations
·       Developing and maintaining regular reports to measure and report on the team and property portfolio performance for the board
·       Manage budgets
·       Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, managers, members, landlords, tenants, retailers, suppliers and contractors
 
About you
You’ll have proven experience in a senior leadership role in both asset management and facilities management, have knowledge on commercial leases and be financially savvy.  You’ll be collaborative and a natural people leader, with the ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders.  You’ll also have the ability to effectively mitigate any escalations, work well under pressure and have exceptional time management.
