About the role
As Senior Customer Pricing Analyst, you’ll be part of a new team within the Merchandise department that will facilitate sustainable, customer driven pricing strategies which exceed customer expectations. This is an analytical, data-driven role that will provide clear reporting on key metrics for pricing, leveraging reporting and analytical tools including Dunhumby.
In this role you’ll:
· Work with other key data providers including Nielsen and Shopper Intelligence to factor in market insights to pricing analytics
· Effectively influence key stakeholders by applying the latest customer insight, data, technology and category expertise
· Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes by optimising and automating reporting
· Build a robust library of data insight that guides decision-making to effectively measure the health of category performance
· Complete ad hoc reporting as required
About you
Having worked in an analytical, data-driven role previously, you’ll be mathematical and will understand how math applies to retail. With high attention to detail and a strong focus on data integrity, accuracy and quality, you’ll have an agile mindset that allows you to deliver simplicity and meaning to the business.
