Social Media/Community Management Representative (part time)

We have an awesome part time opportunity available now which offer a mix of working from our office in Palmerston North and from home!  This role is Saturday to Monday from 9am to 3pm.
 
 
We do require candidates to be located near our Palmerston North office to attend training for the first 4 weeks, team meetings and ongoing training days when required.

About the role 
 
Responsible for engaging audiences across our social media platforms to increase brand loyalty grow authentic connections, and build capability within Foodstuffs North Island.
 
You will proactively identify solutions that enable positive business outcomes, organically being a Brand Ambassador for all FSNI brands, resulting in tangible benefits for our business! This is a key role as you will be responsible for upholding our company's positive online reputation, monitor and respond to customer complaints, questions and suggestions through all of our social media platforms.
 
Using this information you will provide insights and identify trends from Community activity to the Leadership team that will contribute to the ongoing strategy.
 
 
 
About you 
 
You are highly motivated, with amazing communication skills, are outgoing with a great team attitude.  You thrive on delivering a customer service experience second to none!
 
With a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimise content for maximum engagement, you will be super savvy with demonstrated social networking experience and a passion for social analytics and how to use key information to achieve results.
