Working as part of a future-focused team responsible for leading and delivering world class customer strategies you’ll improve our support for suppliers through:

 

·       Simplifying supplier processes

·       Responding to queries

·       Creating and managing supplier accounts and resolve any issues that arise

·       Creating operational supplier dashboards for key metrics that are easy to understand and actionable for our category teams

·       Supporting regular supplier training and communications, as well as a new supplier induction programme to assist the onboarding of suppliers

·       Supporting the team through good communication and leveraging technology at scale and delivering support for our category team, stores and suppliers

 

You’ll have a great attention to detail, experience in identifying errors and taking steps to prevent these going forward.  You’ll also:

 

·       Be an exceptional communicator, enabling you’ll to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders

·       Build and maintain lasting relationships

·       Have great organisation and attention to detail with good technical capabilities, ideally in SAP

·       Having knowledge of merchandise and/ or supply chain would be advantageous
