About the role
We currently have a Digital Test Specialist opportunity to join the team at Foodies.
As a Test Specialist, you will be part of a customer focused, high performing IT Testing team with the objective to deliver best in class applications to drive our business forward. The role is essential to ensure that our customers have the right products in the right quantities, at the right time, to ensure that customers have a smooth online shopping experience, and to ensure that our solutions are functioning correctly.
As a Test Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and define the required test requirements, test environments and test scope, taking in consideration integration with different back end systems/services
- Identify and gather the test data/requirements
- Determining expected test results and documenting them in test cases / automating where appropriate
- Developing/maintaining a library of testing scripts and procedures in a way that they can be reused as efficiently as possible
- Working on updating/improving existing Automation test suite, ensuring its updated to reflect current business requirements
About you
We are looking for candidates that are enthusiastic and passionate about the customer, as well as developing and furthering their career and knowledge in IT/Testing.
Along with excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will have the following competencies:
- Functional testing experience on complex projects
- Experience in applications such as - SAP, or Instore Systems
- Experience in Web front end testing (different devices/browsers/environments)
Additional desirable (not required) experience includes:
- ISTQB Certification (foundation level or above)
- Experience in any ERP domain as well as it’s relevant integration services with other ERP
- Experience in Tosca or any other test automation tool
- Experienced working in Agile environment
