As a manager on our operations team, you’ll play a key role in rebuilding our country’s most important and most broken industry from first principles. You will serve as the connective tissue between our product and front-line clinical teams to ensure that we are delivering a world class experience that will allow us to scale.

You Will:

  • Work alongside our leadership team to solve high priority member experience and retention challenges that help us scale the company
  • Challenge yourself working on a massive scope (many of our experiences could have been their own startup - we built our own telemedicine services, innovated the exam room experience, and created our own sensors and services for preventative care)
  • Bring ambiguous ideas to life with strong operational execution -- going from hypothesis to demonstrated impact to scalable solutions
  • Work with cross functional teams of product managers, designers, doctors, 3rd party providers, and other operators to build truly world class experiences around our clinical programs
  • Build processes and infrastructure that allows us to operationalize new products and services more efficiently

    • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of operating experience
  • BA/BS required

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • STEM degrees preferred
  • Tech, management consulting, or investment banking background preferred
  • Startup experience or roles that interfaced with product is helpful

    The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$220,000, plus equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
