About the Role:
We are looking for talented individuals to join our in-person Membership Advisor team at the King of Prussia Mall. In this role, you will be the face of Forward - educating prospective members on the benefits of having accessible, preventative healthcare through their Forward Membership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Own the entire onsite lead journey from start to finishLead product demos and take prospective members through a tangible, immersive experience that shows them what being a Forward member looks like and feels likeBe on your feet - you will engage our prospective members as they walk by our site and tell them about our mission to bring them better healthcare Wear many hats - we need someone who can do many things well with little hand holding and can easily pivot as priorities shift. We’re small and scrappy, so it’s crucial that you’re able to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.WHO YOU ARE:
1-3 years Sales/Customer Service work or internship experienceA high level of ownership, confidentiality and attention to detailStrong competitive drive with relentlessly high standardsBold, persistent, a good listener, and persuasiveStrong written and verbal communication skillsEasily develops a comfortable rapport and establishes relationships with a variety of individualsExceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasksLogistical Details:
Location: King of Prussia Mall (King of Prussia, PA)
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (please note: this may include nights and weekends)
Compensation: $60-100K ($18/hr base + uncapped commissions)
