What will you be doing? 

As an SDM for Data Management Services, you will conduct full technical discovery, identifying pain points, business and technical requirements, “as is” and “to be” scenarios. You will also design, build, test and maintain data pipelines & data warehouses (Enterprise Data warehouse and Data Lake design) while collaborating with team members and clients to drive development of deliverables and strategy. The SDM for Data Management Services will be developing packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL statements.

What you have:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or related Master's Degree is a plus  
  • Preferred Majors: Computer Science
  • Experience range 5-8 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience and customer centric mind set

It would be a bonus if you had: 

  • Excellent Knowledge of SQL with experience preferred for effectively retrieving the data, to report, analyze, and inform business for decision making.
  • Ownership for problem resolution.
  • Responsible for delivery of the defined customer experience.
  • Recommendations for process development based on customer feedback and analysis of the same.
  • Work very closely with team Lead/members to solve customer problem
