The Associate, Program Operations will coordinate logistical and program management for our K-12 program models, including program implementation and evaluation, stakeholder management and communication, and customer/inbound support.
Reporting to the Manager, Program Operations, the ideal candidate will have exceptional implementation skills, a strong sense of urgency and flexibility with their work, and be a cross-collaborative project contributor who can balance both strategy and program management to continuously enhance quality and consistency. They bring experience working with students and families in an out-of-school setting and a commitment to the mission of Girls Who Code.
The successful candidate has at least two (2) years of demonstrated experience in project and/or program management preferably at an organization providing direct service to underrepresented communities.
Role Responsibilities
Part of this role includes working with corporate partner sponsors, who fund various programming within our organization and as a benefit, plan special events for and interact with our student-aged participants. This shapes three primary areas of focus for this particular role, focused largely on our corporate partners, but also with other stakeholders like students and teachers/volunteers.
