Be a part of a team where you will:

Ensure management reporting completeness and accuracy, including adequate cost allocation

Provide valuable financial analyses and insights to all relevant stakeholders and decision makers

Team with various departments to drive financial discipline and improve overall profitability, maximizing outputs.

Ensure financial reporting compliance
-
Create, enhance and maintain financial dashboards and profitability analyses.

Develop procedures and controls with Global Finance Teams (Billing, Treasury, etc.) to solve day-to-day issues

Support the implementation of the department’s projects

Support decision makers with any ad-hoc requests
-
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:
-
4 to 8 years of experience in audit and controlling
-
At least 3 years of experience in the food, grocery or retail industry
-
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
-
Advanced command of the English language
-
Proven track record, strong business acumen, problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach, hands-on and autonomous, good vibes
-
An ability to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions and communicate to stakeholders

An ability to summarize and present complex issues in a simple way
-
Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and not allergic to manual tasks

An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
