Your work-life opportunity:

Reporting to the CMO, the Global CRM Director will be responsible for the strategic leadership of Glovo’s customer activation,engagement and retention CRM initiatives across all the markets where Glovo operates.  Leading a team of more than 20 CRM specialists and data analysts, the candidate will define the strategy and efforts to increase customer loyalty, strategically re-engage with existing customers and improve customer experience and lifetime value throughout the whole customer journey.

The ideal candidate in this role is comfortable in an "all-hands-on" environment, has experience managing large organisations, has extensive experience working with product,engineering and data science teams and is able to thrive in a fast-paced performance driven environment.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of more than 20 CRM specialists and data analysts, setting the CRM team’s monthly and quarterly goals, in alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Leverage user behavior data to define the global CRM strategy for Glovo, then translate the strategy into an actionable and measurable quarterly and yearly plan
  • Define the structure, processes and tools required to efficiently deliver the CRM goals in a way that is cost efficient and scalable.
  • Work closely with the Growth Analytics and Data Science team to define the measurement and predictive models needed to optimise CRM efforts and spend globally
  • Work closely with the AdTech team to define the product roadmap to optimise CRM impact
  • Manage the global CRM budget, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of marketing spend within budget
  • Define process and ways of working with markets to ensure efficient coordination between HQ CRM team and markets
  • Stay on top of the latest trends, CRM best practices, Ad platforms, Ad formats, bidding methodologies and processes related to digital retention marketing
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • 10+ years experience of digital mobile CRM marketing with a focus on user activation and retention
  • Expert of the mobile app marketing ecosystem and professional understanding of app user re-engagement and loyalty.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on real-time performance optimization, with an ability to organize and crunch data, interpret metrics and identify trends
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment - balancing intense attention to detail with swift turnaround while working in a collaborative, positive manner
  • Fluency in English
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
