Be a part of a team where you will:
- Help us onboard new franchisees making sure everything is ready for launch day
- Ensure franchisees have visibility on the evolution of their main KPI's and how that impacts their growth and profitability, so they are aligned on working towards improving them and exceeding our high standards
- Verify that franchisees are aware of marketing campaigns so they can plan their shifts and purchases accordingly
- Be ready to solve any kind of franchisee's problem that may arise
- Build trust relationships with our franchisees to ensure we get continuous feedback from them to keep improving the model
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:

1-2 years of experience in account management and/or Business Consultancy preferably in FMCG, digital platforms or on-demand delivery industry

Hands-on and autonomous mindset

Proactivity, organization skills and detail-orientation

Problem solving mindset, perfect written and spoken communication

High problem solving capacity

Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Spanish and English
