YOUR MISSION
We are looking for an Intern Courier Ops & CRM based in Milan, who will be in charge of improving acquisition, retention and engagement of couriers, and providing constant feedback and process improvement ideas.
This role will require a mix of operations, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and creativity to tackle different challenges. The couriers, Glovers for us, are a key player in Glovo’s marketplace and you will need to ensure the fleet's long-term sustainability, as well as its healthy contribution to the operational performance and user experience in Italy.

As an Intern Courier Ops & CRM at Glovo, you’ll dive into one of the most dynamic sides of our business: the experience of our couriers — the Glovers.
- 📊 Analyze onboarding forecasts to ensure we have the right number of active couriers across Italy.
- 📈 Build dashboards to track key courier processes and suggest impactful improvements.
- 💡 Bring out-of-the-box ideas to improve operations and ensure the best possible experience for our delivery partners.
- 💬 Manage CRM communications to couriers, ensuring the tone is right and the timing is spot-on.
- 🤝 Run projects aimed at boosting courier engagement and motivation.
- 🎧 Conduct active listening through field trips, focus groups, and visits to our Glover Centers to deeply understand courier needs and pain points.
- 👥 Work side-by-side with your team lead, who will mentor and support your development with the goal of preparing you for a full-time role at Glovo.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- You’re in the final year of your Master’s degree (or recently graduated) in Engineering, Business, Economics, or another analytical field, and you're excited about the opportunity to turn this internship into a full-time role at Glovo.
- You’re proactive, self-driven, and don’t wait to be told what to do — at Glovo, you’ll be the owner of your work.
- You bring energy and positivity, even on tough days.
- You're empathetic, inclusive, and always curious to understand the “why” behind problems.
- You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty: you’re comfortable working in the field and directly supporting our couriers.
- You speak Italian and English fluently.
- Bonus points if you have prior experience in high-demand environments (consulting, startups, ops, banking, tech), and a good grasp of Excel and data tools.
