Be a part of a team where you will:
- Understand and adapt the Glover Experience strategy for each of the different locations in the region
- Have analytical skills and be able to manage looker/excel/google spreadsheets to be able to develop several actions to implement operations pillars.
- Be able to create full communication strategies with clear KPIs and objectives to track, motivate local teams to execute this. And help them with content, channels, targets, and material for the riders/glovers.
- Create postmortem documents to analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countries
- Analyze market insights from focus groups, surveys, interviews, and others to understand the riders.

Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:
- 2-5(max) years of experience in highly demanding positions (operations, technology, consulting, investment banking, etc.).
- Experience in startups, technological platforms, or the on-demand industry preferred.
- Deep understanding of the user experience and operational levers to improve it.
- A results-oriented, analytical mindset to re-think our processes is a must.
- SQL skills are not required but valued.
- Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Combine a day by day and tactic management with a strategic and long term view.
- Professional in English.
