YOUR MISSION
Support the development of logistics features and predictive models, quantifying the impact they bring to the company. You will guide the design process with data, coordinate the rollout across markets, and measure their performance to drive continuous improvement.
THE JOURNEY
- Apply advanced analytics and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering) to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and measure impact.
- Develop, test, and productionize predictive and prescriptive algorithms using state-of-the-art machine learning, statistical inference, and optimization models.
- Define feature optimization strategies by analyzing usage patterns and tailoring recommendations for each geography.
- Develop and maintain scalable visualization tools and dashboards to provide visibility on performance, while supporting product and operations teams with data-driven insights to shape the roadmap.
- Work closely with product and operations teams to define the product roadmap and strategy, monitor and give visibility of product metrics and KPIs.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 1-3 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting,
in a quantitative analysis or data science role, preferably in product facing teams. - Excellent SQL skills and experience applying those on-the-job; you know how to join multiple tables, how and when to use CTEs, and how to use aggregate functions to come up with relevant statistics.
- Extensive experience with the Python machine learning and data science ecosystem (including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Seaborn/Matplotlib).
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, their principles, and practical applications, including methods such as clustering and anomaly detection.
- Knowledgeable and preferably experienced in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products (A/B test, multivariate, etc).
- Experience with an application of statistical modeling and advanced analytics to provide product-shaping insights.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Knowledge or experience in digital product development.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (Docker, Airflow, Argo, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructures (GCP, AWS, Azure).
