YOUR MISSION: You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.
Q-Commerce is the second biggest category inside Glovo. We are currently building a strong team to re-invent how consumers buy their groceries and any other product in their city, making it more convenient and easy than ever.
Be a key role in developing the Q Commerce Specialties Vertical in Poland. Specialties are grocery stores that focus on selling a specific category or type of grocery item. Unlike a general supermarket that stocks a wide range of food and household products, a specialty store focuses on a particular niche such as organic products, bakery&pastry, wellness, ice cream, sweets, coffee&tea or gourmet.
THE JOURNEY
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner meetings and business reviews).
- Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and report performance metrics, build plans to enhance them.
- Drive data-backed decision-making - investigate underperforming campaigns, identify sales trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling).
- Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation.
- Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvements.
- Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultancy - you’re comfortable reaching out to partners, making calls, and pitching solutions.
- Strategic thinking - you don’t just manage partners; you help them grow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you know how to influence and build long-term relationships.
- You’re comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up environment.
- You have Polish proficiency and a very good command of English.
