Your work-life opportunity:

In this role you will be part of the Partners Team at Glovo, being able to Improve Glovo’s partners P&L and create a scalable revenue stream. Working closely with the local team to deliver the commercial business plan/ P&L and tech and marketing in order to create new assets for commercialization.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Give you the trust and support to grow, develop, and make a difference while encouraging you to bring your unique perspective to the table
  • Collaborate together and learn from each other
  • Define the global revenue strategy and monetization assets.
  • Drive successful execution on the local teams of the revenue strategy .
  • Analyse and develop plans to improve current monetization assets, utilization rate per city/ asset and productivity
  • Run competitive analysis and benchmarks for understanding product opportunities and
  • Raise product requests and business case to support the development of new assets
  • Maximize profitability through analysing partners P&L: Cmo Cm1, %PACM drawing strategies in order to improve it.
  • Define renegotiation process and provide local teams playbooks and way of working for achieving this
  • Be close to the commercial team to understand the local needs to identify opportunities, gather feedback and help them achieve local Kpis

You have:

  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing high-performance commercial team
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, or any engineering specialisation or economy is a plus
  • Effective English written and communication skills
  • Preferably experience in on-demand delivery industry or FMCG
  • Curious, creative and tech/product oriented
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  • Project management / coordination skills
  • Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding
  • Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
