Your work life opportunity:

Working as a Product Manager in the Global Self Service Inbounds Team, you will define, own and execute the Self Service Sign Up Product Roadmap working closely with Technical Teams to deliver an outstanding product for our Partners.
 
Being part of the Global team means you will need to coordinate with Regional, Local  and external teams, provide support, to ensure best practices across all regions, unify reporting, and detect weak links in the funnel. 

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be part of the Self Service Sign Up Team - in the Product Development pillar.
  • Coordinate all the Product streams related to the Project (Marketing Performance, CRM, Forecast planning, Conversion Rates…)
  • Identify problems and generate new ideas on how to solve them efficiently
  • Own your product roadmap, define the metrics and KPIs used to measure the success of the features 
  • Work with a cross-functional team from Partner Ops, Sales, Salesforce, Local teams, Marketing  and New Business to ship services that meet the business and users’ needs
  • Market search of applications and vendors needed for the project development
  • Work with Vendors to define and scope deliverables and timelines needed. 
  • Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve conversion rate from inbound leads to signed deals
  • Design and execute enhancements of the project
  • Track the impact of all the new implementations via daily and weekly metrics
  • Own all dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department
  • Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and dashboards.
  • Constant rethinking of processes to improve KPIs

You have:

  • Background studies in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science or Mathematics.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven
  • Solution-oriented, and don’t take no for an answer. You have a can-do attitude and are comfortable working in an unstructured environment, with limited resources and under very tight deadlines.
  • 2-3+ years experience in Product Management
  • HTML expertise
  • Vue.js, Javascript and Salesforce knowledge are a very high plus
  • Professional English
