Your work-life opportunity:
Q-commerce is the business unit that covers 3 verticals: Groceries, Retail and Darkstores (our own fulfillment channel). We aim to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have, from delivering a video game, to sending a gift... to filling up their fridge.
We are looking for someone who will join our Q-Commerce Operations team and will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of our Dedicated Courier fleet.
Be a part of a team where you will:

Be in charge of Couriers fleet organization

Have responsibility for the recruitment and training of Glovers
-
Upload new Couriers (Glovers) in our system, with all required documentation and information
-
Be responsible for Glovers contracts and documentation
-
Support Glovers with possible queries and FAQs
-
Assure every Glover has every required material
-
Analyze fleet's progress and develop reports to track and create improvements

Support the Operations Manager with fleets reports and metrics about the operations

Report to the Operations Manager regarding the fleet
You have:

Great people and leadership skills - you will be the person of reference for our Glovers Fleet :)

Really good communications skills and customer service approach

Orientation to detail, proactivity and great organization skills

Proficient Excel and Google Sheets knowledge

Fluency in English and Polish
-
An analytical approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment
