Sr. SAP S4/HANA Procure 2 Pay & ARIBA Analyst will be responsible for design, build, maintain and enhance SAP finance applications in the areas of procurement, purchasing, warehouse management and Inventory management. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for process design, IFRS based global template definition, Integration with other modules including Finance, Controlling, SD , Analytics and developing legacy data migration and roll out strategy. Must understand that success comes from coordination, oversight, and effectively delivering against timelines.

Understanding & mapping of E2E procurement processes within Glovo to SAP S4/HANA or integrating other ERP´s with S4/HANA with an aim for a high level of automation, compliance and control (Blue Print)

Integration with other modules (Finance, Controlling, Analytics etc) - Defining interfaces to supporting and receiving systems

Point of contact for end users as well as bridge to system architects

Lead system integrations, mergers or acquisitions within SAP

End user training & support during and after the project implementation including support during financial closing
You have:
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP MM, WM modules with > 3 years in SAP S4/HANA as well as very good Integrations knowledge with other modules e.g. FI/ CO/SD/Analytics.

Strong understanding of Procure to Pay process within a multinational company

Deep understanding of the Sourcing and Procurement module of SAP S4 HANA and/or SAP MM is a must (additional other SAP solutions for Procurement Management like SRM, Ariba, Fieldglass etc. are a big plus)

Studies in business informatics, informatics, business administration, Financial Accounting or similar
-
Experience in all life cycles of an SAP Projects in International environment

Excellence communication skills and stakeholder management

Great Team Player together with excellent Leadership skills

Able to work efficiently with limited supervision;

Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems

Background in project management

Fluent English
