We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Poland Team in the most complex and impactful roles for our Business. In this role, you will focus on identifying top talent and building strong and diverse pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies defined together with the hiring teams. The person in this role must be able to work independently, very hands-on and with strong communication skills to drive candidate engagement as well as maintaining conversations with internal stakeholders at all levels.

• Own the initial stages of new role openings - from job posting to candidate experience through the first steps of the process
• Be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc) for our candidates
• Manage market research following our design sprint to focus on priorities for the business
• Source top talent all over the globe by partnering with our experienced business recruiters and hiring teams
• Work on building strong and diverse pipelines in a high volume environment
• Engage candidates with our recruiting process and give them support during the first stages, taking care they have an amazing experience with us
• Develop a strong network and generate pipelines for future hiring needs. Manage your pipeline and identify what future opportunities they may be a fir for
• Manage ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the sourcing pipeline and results
• Work on specific TA projects to enhance our tools and processes

• Availability for a full time 6 months internship
• Solid understanding of Glovo’s vision, business model and operations
• Experience in recruiting (will be highly valued)
• Good skills in active sourcing by using a variety of sources and creative approaches
• Strong organizational skills, stellar networking and ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
• Initiative, proactivity and autonomy - Glovo is also yours!
• Good energy - you like what you do, even on bad days
• Fluency in English is a MUST (Spoken and written)
