You will:
- Manage market research following our design sprint to focus on priorities for the business
- Source top talent by partnering with our experienced recruiters and hiring teams
- Engage candidates with our recruiting process and give them support during the first stages, taking care they have an amazing experience with us
- Develop a strong network and generate pipelines for future hiring needs. Manage your pipeline and identify what future opportunities they may be a fir for

Manage ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the sourcing pipeline and results

Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:
- Strong skills in active sourcing by using a variety of sources and creative approaches

Proven experience recruiting in technical recruitment of at least one of the following: Software eng, Data,BI, DWH, SW Architects, Product Managers

History of collaborating successfully with senior managers

Experience working on a variety of roles/levels at an international level

Understanding of the market and proven experience in sourcing profiles in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in English

Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen

Metrics oriented. You understand and value backing up recruiting goals and projections with existing data (while never compromising the quality of the candidate experience)
