Your Work-life Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Project / Program Managers to drive feature developments at Glovo that have the highest impact on our business.
You will apply your organisational skills and understanding of tech, data & design principles to Glovo’s more complex tech projects.
You will be aligning stakeholders, building plans, and working with multiple product teams to execute projects with a wide-variety of stakeholders - from the Glovo leadership team to our Operations teams; from our in-country teams to your Product Manager colleagues.
You are a proactive individual with experience using a wide variety of project management tools & techniques.
Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will
- Coordinate the creation of a multi-Q roadmap for the development of features that are strategic to the business
- Communicate the status of your initiatives to stakeholders from around the business as well as the Glovo leadership team
- Understand and communicate complex engineering issues and ensure they are on a path for resolution
- Coordinate your plans with all relevant tech teams
- Coordinate initiative reviews, planning sessions, and other ceremonies, as necessary
- Help define & track critical metrics to monitor the health of the initiative and the business
- Enable continuous improvement during the project, ensuring insights are captured, shared, and integrated
You Have
- At least 3 years as a Program Manager or at least 5 years as Project Manager
- Leadership skills. You can motivate your teammates to build amazing products. You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track.
- Practical experience with agile and lean values, principles, and techniques
- Experience running large, cross-functional software projects and ability to easily communicate status at a moment’s notice
- Skilled at organising people, processes and technical programs of work
- Superb communication and Fluent in English - you have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume
- You have a solid understanding of how software is made and how it works
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or a related field
