Greenhouse is looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team!

Reporting to our Chief Financial Officer you will drive all significant financial planning and analysis outputs, as well as lead and grow a high-performing team. You’ll collaborate with partners across all departments to help our leaders gain key insights into our business and support optimal decision-making across the organization. As a strategic and analytical leader for the company, you have a passion for continuous improvement and can execute seamlessly within the context of a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the CFO to lead all aspects of our budgeting, planning, and forecasting for the fiscal years ahead.
  • Drive the company’s planning and forecast processes; direct the preparation of board decks and generate insights with a broader story in mind.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, training, and development of direct and indirect reports.
  • Guide the creation of materials and content for Operating Review as well as the ongoing maintenance and evolution of core financial models and systems.
  • Implement rolling quarterly forecasts/planning
  • Providing internal guidance in 2022 as part of public readiness

You should have

  • 15+ years in a related financial role (including at least five years of FP&A experience and at least two years at a publicly traded company
  • 5+ years of people management in finance (2+ years of department leadership)
  • Expertise in FP&A for a Software-as-a-Service or a subscription-based business model
  • Strong professional character, integrity, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Unwavering attention to detail; no errors escape your notice
