You'll work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations, support compliance, and maintain operational excellence across compensation programs.
Who will love this job

- An equity evangelist - you love helping people understand their compensation and equity, guiding them through vesting and eligibility while ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- A compliance crusader - you don't see regulations as obstacles, but as exciting puzzles to solve, ensuring compensation programs meet legal requirements across the globe.
- A partnership pro - you love to team up with cross-functional teams to craft competitive compensation strategies and streamline processes.
What you’ll do
- Administer all aspects of global equity programs, including grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations, ensuring accurate and timely processing and data integrity in platforms like Carta
- Support the design, analysis, and enhancement of new and existing equity vehicles and compensation plans, including plan design documentation and modeling
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc equity and compensation reporting for various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., Section 409A, IRS, SEC)
- Provide guidance and respond to employee inquiries regarding equity plans, vesting, and eligibility, developing clear and effective employee communications
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for new and existing roles using competitive compensation data sources (e.g., Radford, Mercer) to inform plan design
- Assist with the annual compensation review cycle (merit, bonus, equity, refresh) and support sales and incentive compensation plan administration, including eligibility audits and calculations
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to scale and automate compensation and equity operations
You should have
- Progressive experience in global equity administration, with hands-on knowledge of equity plan mechanics (preferably in a public or late-stage private company)
- Experience supporting broad-based compensation, including market pricing and incentive plan analysis
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms (such as Carta, Shareworks, or similar) and HRIS/payroll systems
- Strong analytical and Excel/modeling skills with demonstrated ability to manage, audit, and report on large data sets
- Experience preparing and delivering detailed reports and presentations for leadership audiences
- Sound knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements around equity and compensation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-expert audiences
- Experience collaborating across HR, Finance, Legal, and third-party vendors in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Advanced degree or compensation/equity certification, a plus
- Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, we still strongly encourage you to apply
