Job Description

We have opportunities Forklift Drivers to join our Warehouse/Supply Chain team based in Karawatha, Brisbane (the vicinity of Browns Plains) site, for the Morning shifts. You would be responsible for performing a range of tasks related to the manufacture of Youfoodz products. Our teams are looking to fill multiple roles on the Early Morning AM (5am starts) which are spread across all days of the week, you must have an availability of at least 4 days per week.

These positions are an ongoing casual position with the view to move to permanent.

You will…

Ensuring the correct rotation of stock to avoid wastage
Completing daily stocktakes and stock counts
Responsible for cleanliness of the Warehouse
General cleaning duties to assist Production
Safe Forklift operations
Picking, packing, invoicing and preparing goods for dispatch
Ensuring that Food Safety (HACCP) is always met
Investigation and resolution of errors and issues occurring within the warehouse
Identify area for opportunities for improvements and efficiencies within the warehouse
Work in a cold environment

You have/are...

Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment
Ability to learn Food Safety practices, HACCP and experience with WH&S principles
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
Ability to lift and move objects up to 20kg in some positions
Availability to work week days & weekends, minimum 8 hour shifts.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
Sound communication skills, including understanding of and conversational ability in the English language, both written and verbal
Ability to work as part of a team
High levels of resilience, professionalism and work ethic
