We're looking for a Growth Strategy Manager – Mealkits to lead customer acquisition growth and profitability initiatives across ANZ. You will…

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies and roadmaps for growth and profitability of customer sign-ups.
  • Identify, test, and help roll out creative and innovative opportunities such as discount initiatives, identifying customer segments to focus on, testing new creative types, and optimizing landing pages.
  • Review and report on key business metrics related to new customers, analyze trends and gaps, and identify actionable steps to improve performance.
  • Contribute to the annual and quarterly marketing budgeting process to set conversion, spend, and ROI targets in collaboration with finance and marketing teams.
  • Identify budget allocation optimisation opportunities between channels based on growth and profitability trends.
  • Ensure that creatives and messaging align with quarterly brand themes and integrate them into channel activities.
  • Collaborate regularly with teams and stakeholders to gain visibility on upcoming initiatives and ensure they are designed to maximize commercial benefits. Stakeholders may include channel managers, tech teams, finance, operations and product teams.
  • Assist in the decision-making process for rolling out initiatives by analyzing the potential incremental commercial benefits using data points such as A/B test results and past campaign analysis.
  • Maintain documentation and artifacts to ensure clarity within the broader business on all activities and processes related to the scope of this role.

You have/are…

  • 4+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, finance, business strategy, or a related field, with direct-to-consumer experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, STEM, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence teams towards achieving strategic goals.
  • Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia.
